I have been practising Pilates and Meditation as separate modalities for many years and teaching locally in Bishop’s Stortford for three years. I am so passionate about sharing my love of Pilates in order to help others move their bodies well and feel great. My aim is that you leave my classes feeling challenged, strong and energised.
Each class is designed to strengthen and tone the whole body, improve joint mobility and address postural imbalances. The core principles of Pilates (breathing, centring, concentration, precision, flow and control) are weaved throughout each session. Classes are low impact and we move mindfully, enhancing the mind-body connection. An uplifting workout that will leave you feeling energised and strong.
