FEET-NESS is the Full Body Workout you never knew you needed! It's posture from the ground up. Posture is the culprit of most injuries and posture starts at the feet. FEET-NESS allows the feet to be connected to the rest of the body.
Here at Woo Wellness, we combine FEET-NESS into the Body Control Pilates Classes.

The newly established Markwell Studio, located in the heart of Bishops Stortford Town Park, serves as the primary venue for our upcoming classes accommodating up to 12 participants. Positioned amidst picturesque gardens, quaint cafes, and ample parking facilities, such as the Link Road car park just a brief 2-minute stroll away, attendees will find convenience and comfort in accessing our studio. Additional parking options include complimentary stays at Waitrose for 1.5 hours with a minimum spend of £10, Sainsbury's Multistorey for 2 hours with a minimum spend of £5, and Grange Paddocks for 2.5 hours, all within a 3-7 minute walking distance.
Our classes here are on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, as well as Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at this esteemed location.
Parsonage Community Hall offers ample on-site parking and a spacious, comfortable environment for practice, situated within the park grounds.
Classes are held at this location on Saturday mornings.
The Bishops Park Community Centre is conveniently located within the large Tesco development, situated slightly beyond the charity shop. we are using the main hall, which is located pn the ground floor via the main access.
It offers a generously sized venue for hosting our Thursday Evening classes led by Fiona.
Ample parking facilities are available for the convenience of attendees.

I am Wendy (or Woo), the Owner and Director of Woo Wellness Ltd. With expertise in various disciplines, including Body Control Pilates, Danielle Collins Face Yoga, Hay’ou Facial Gua Sha, Feet-Ness, HIP (High Intensity Pilates), and Reiki.
I have been teaching Pilates since 2012.
Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and its impact on overall well-being. My personal journey with hypermobility has given me valuable insights into the challenges individuals face when it comes to physical health.
I have personally experienced debilitating back pain and poor posture as a result of my condition.
In 2010, following the birth of my first daughter, I discovered the transformative power of Pilates. During my pregnancy, I struggled with lower back pain and symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD), also known as Pelvic Girdle Pain (PGP). Additionally, I faced the challenge of a Pelvic Floor Prolapse after giving birth.
Through consistent Pilates practice, I regained joint stability, developed strong and lean muscles, and improved my posture – a concern that had long been highlighted by my parents. Furthermore, I successfully alleviated the symptoms associated with my Prolapse.
Today, I am dedicated to teaching others how they too can find relief from such conditions. I subsequently went on to have two more daughters, managing to keep all of my symptoms at bay. This personal healing journey has inspired me to establish Woo Wellness, a platform through which I can assist others in achieving their own wellness goals.
I was born in South Africa and have lived in the U.K for 18 years. I started dancing professionally and teaching dance and fitness classes at the age of 16. I am a qualified Dancecor teacher and examiner and a qualified Reebok SA fitness and Pilates teacher.
I have 42 years of experience in the dance and fitness industry. Since living in the U.K. I have run my own dance, fitness and Pilates classes and have continued to dance professionally. I have taught at the Graham school of dance and currently teach at Pilates at Woo Wellness on Thursday evenings.
A description of my class:
My Pilates classes are at an Intermediate Level. I like to work all the muscle groups and to encourage my pupils to use the Pilates technique in their everyday lives and activities. Expect a challenging, fun and fairly fast paced class.
Since obtaining her qualification from Body Control Pilates in 2012, Wendy has diligently pursued her professional development, accumulating CPD Points through various specialised courses in the field of Pilates.
These courses encompass a wide range of topics, including but not limited to Scoliosis, Bone Health, Pregnancy & Postnatal, Beginner - Intermediate Reformer, Basic, Intermediate & Advanced Mat, Foam Roller, Bands, Balls, Ladder Barrel, Children, Older People, Movement, and Runners.
Wendy's commitment to expanding her knowledge and expertise in Pilates is evident through her participation in these comprehensive training programs.
Wendy also possesses qualifications accredited by the respective governing bodies listed below, further substantiating her expertise and professional standing in the Wellness field.
